The Public Health and Safety Department of Dubai Municipality had evaluated the indoor air quality in public buildings 2013, then established IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) regulation. Even though building is control, pollution new renovated housing still very problematic. objective this paper to measure residential unit an apartment after renovation evaluate actual condition analyze influential factors.
